By LEAP training program works to empower youth and student organizations, working in the field of entrepreneurial learning. Within this program, six sessions were held attended by 20 selected participants.

These six sessions were realized during the month of December 2020, on the topics:

  • theory of change and definition of impact;
  • entrepreneurial competence and employability skills;
  • positioning the organization in the policy context in BiH;
  • advocacy techniques;
  • fundraising and ways to raise funds.

The trainers at the sessions were Majda Mujanović-Babović, Ena Gotovuša and Jan Zlatan Kulenović, who shared their knowledge and skills with the participants in an interesting way and through interactive workshops. All activities were held in online format (via the Zoom application) due to epidemiological measures in BiH.

A mentoring program will be held for the five most motivated organizations, which will consist of five sessions with mentors on creating strategic and fundraising plans for each organization, as well as a campaign for promotion and fundraising.

The training program for BiH was implemented by the Social Innovation Incubator “MUNJA” within the three-year regional project “Balkan Youth: Connecting Education, Skills and Opportunities for Partnership in Regional Employment Practices” funded by the European Union and implemented in 6 Western Balkan countries.
